How To Use
1. Remove the pad from the disposal bag 2. Paste pad and wide back to your panty 3. Fasten all 4 wings for a secure fit.
4. For used pads, roll them into the wrapper
5. Put the rolled pad back into the disposal bag
6. Dispose in the bin - Do Not Flush
7. Change your pads every 8 hours
