worst experience ever. I have returned the products as I have ordered three pairs of boots all of them of size 36 but they were little tight on me so I returned with the exchange for 37 size. I have returned the product on 10th january, 2023 and now it's almost a month I haven't recieved any refunds or exchange, the told me that they have received wrong products instead of boots. This was my first time that I have experience such kind of issues with some online shopping site. this was my first purchasing anything from lulu and sky. And my mistake was that I have trusted this site and ordered directly 3 pairs of boots which almost cost me Rs. 5000/- I am regretting my decision to choose lulu and sky for purchasing boots. worst app ever and am definitely going to complain in consumer forum.
